Founded by Melissa Minuti, MNM Properties blends hands-on experience, engineering precision, and a lifelong passion for real estate. Raised around rentals, renovations, and house flips, Melissa credits her parents for instilling the skills and vision she brings to every project—her father, a lifelong investor and developer, and her mother, a broker, designer, and Airbnb superhost.
After earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and spending several years in manufacturing, Melissa pivoted full-time to real estate in 2015. That same year, she purchased her first income property and began building systems that prioritized efficiency, tenant quality, and long-term returns.
Since then, she’s flipped homes, managed rental portfolios, earned her real estate license in both New Hampshire and Mississippi, and worked closely with investors to turn distressed properties into profitable assets. Today, Melissa partners with lenders and capital partners to deliver strong returns through smart, well-executed deals.
